Kenya’s Jaguar is rated one of the biggest Kenyan musical stars and for that reason, he was picked together with other equally big continental artistes for the just-concluded music show Coke Studio Africa.
The edition brought together 38 of Africa’s leading singing/rapping acts who boast 76 new songs between them, as well as American RnB great Trey Songz as their international guest star.
During the show, the pair of EL from Ghana and our very own Jaguar stood out, they wowed both the viewers and the show producers with their covers of each others’ music.
If you watched the shows, then you’ll remember that jaw-dropping moment when the duo performed their collab entitled ‘Warrior’.
The duet was produced by South Africa’s beatmaker DJ Maphorisa.
Thanks to the song which was rated one of season’s best collaborations, the soft drink giant Coca-Cola – the show’s creator- went ahead and sponsored the track’s KSh2.5million-visuals.
Jaguar caught a flight to West Africa where he spent a week shooting the video with EL. Watch the magic above courtesy of Ghana.
