Simon Lilan who made headlines last week after filing a case in court to stop former nominated MP Mark Too’s burial, is missing.

The family of the lawyer who is also related to the late Kanu bigwig, said he was last seen in Eldoret town on Monday, January 9.

Lilan sensationally claimed that the postmortem report on Too’s body did not tell the whole story of how and why he died. He said Too did not die of heart problems as had been reported but was a victim of assassination.
