Singer Akothee has gone untamed, she is hitting at the Kenyan media for poking its nose into her private life.
She recently took to social media to throw vitriol at Kenyan journalists whom she claims have set camp right outside her house, and without her permission.
Through a lengthy post, Akothee who earlier declared herself the Richest Musician in Kenya, said that the journalists have even gone as far as interviewing some of her workers.
“Well am told there are media personalities camping at my gate demanding for an interview?” the ‘Benefactor’ hitmaker posed on Instagram.
Adding: “Well you were told I went mad, so how can a mad woman compose herself to talk?”
Akothee who has a new song out titled ‘Baby Daddy’, which she is using to address the difficulties single mothers face, was recently reported to have gone cuckoo.
But as Zipo.co.ke said in an earlier post, the photos were captured during the recording of the new track’s video but the media misreported it. She asked journalists to focus on her new song rather than her personal life.
“You went ahead to interview my workers on how much they are being paid per month, and if they have seen me act funny, halooo!! what I owe media is good music, leave my personal life alone, collect private info’s on my page, but invading my homes!!!!
That’s a call, soon you will attack my kids in school and ask if I pay school fee or not, or ask my dogs how many times they eat biscuits, am a private citizen, am not a public servant entitled for investigations, the link in my bio tells you if I went mad or not, have you put it on rotation yet. But any way am still mad. When I get sober I will catch up with you baby daddy.”
