Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz’s side chick, socialite Hamisa Mobetto’s case against him has been squashed by a Children’s’ Court in Dar es Salaam.

The ‘Salome’ video vixen, as reported earlier by Zipo.co.ke, was demanding a monthly upkeep of Sh230,000 for her son who was sired by the ‘Eneka’ hitmaker after a highly-publicised affair.

In the Friday, November 10 ruling, the presiding Magistrate Devotha Kisoka dismissed the case after hearing submissions from both parties.

This is after the the matter was mentioned before Resident Magistrate Kisoka last week, in which Diamond objected the petition through his lawyers who argued that Hamisa had filed the suit using the wrong Child’s Act prescription.

Diamond insists he has not neglected his son, that he has been supporting him adequately and that the amount Hamisa was asking was absurd, saying it was above what he could afford.

This now means that Hamisa will have to re-organise her case and perhaps file fresh charges.

Hamisa has been at the centre of Diamond Platmumnz strained relationship with Zari with whom he has to kids.
