Veteran singer Wahu Kagwi, wife of the legendary musician Nameless, is seeking higher powers after the latter got hospitalised.
Just recently, the artist was taken ill and rushed to hospital. He had left a meeting feeling dizzy and almost collapsed, subsequently missing his scheduled performance in Uganda alongside comedian Eric Omondi.
According to the ‘Inspire’ hitmaker, he could not attend the event on doctors advice but expressed confidence that despite his absence, Eric Omondi would do the necessary during the show in Kampala.
Full of regret, the artist issued an apology to his fans and the promoters of the event explaining that medics were still observing his condition but would repay at a later date. He asked his well wishers to pray for him.
“I was realy realy looking forward to this Ugandan show with @ericomondi. UNFORTUNATELY I will NOT be able to make it due to doctors orders. Been admitted in hospital since last week… Still undergoing treatment and observation and thus looks like tommorrow I can’t make it to Kampala. However I have talked with the Uganda promoters @alexmuhangiand for sure we will organize another Kenyan Takeover once I get better. For now Eric Omondi is still going to represent us kesho very well (as we all know)accompanied by other top Ugandan comedians… Otherwise on this my recovery manenoz???? ????” Nameless said on Instagram.
Zipo.co.ke has established that Nameless is still in hospital even as his wife, Wahu, continues to remain strong. She is praying for his health back soonest possible.
She has taken to social media to share a message of hope and also note the blessings God has accorded her and her family.
“Count your blessings name them one by one ? count your blessings see what God has done ?? count your blessings , name them one by one ? and it will surprise you what the Lord has done,” she posted.
