Seems like trouble is always following Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz and his name has been dragged into a tragic scandal which has to do with, you guessed it, a woman. And it is not Ms Hamisa Mobetto.
Rather, his former secret lover by the name Irene Uwoya has been accused of causing the death of her ex-husband Hamad ‘Katauti’ Ndikumana.
Uwoya and Hamad divorced back in 2015 amid claims that she was seeing the ‘Marry You’ singer, something that caused the deceased tremendous heartaches, leading to his sudden demise on the night of Tuesday, November 14.
Hamad who was until his death an assisting coach for Rwanda’s Rayon Sports, passed away after complaining of severe chest pains.
Uwoya is on record saying the Tanzanian actress betrayed him by sleeping around with men such as Diamond Platnumz and Kenyan popular musician turned politician Jaguar.
Tanzanians, basing their arguments on an expose that painted The actress in bad light, are now accusing her of causing Ndikumana’s sudden demise.
They believe Uwoya caused Ndikumana immense pain with her unfaithfulness something that may have led to his death.
Ndikumana’s death happened after Uwoya’s got married to a younger Tanzanian rapper.
A video that went viral of Uwoya crying at the former footballing star’s funeral didn’t make matters any better.
A section of the public, her fans included, turned against her, asking her to wipe the crocodile tears as she was the person who caused her ex-hubby’s premature death.
