There is a Swahili saying that goes lisemwalo lipo na kama halipo laja [there’s some truth in every rumour], which has turned out to be true in the case of popular gospel singer Bahati and his bae Diana Marua.
It started as hearsay some months back that the two were not only planning to formalise their union, but that the woman in the relationship was pregnant.
Well, that turned out be true as they got married in a traditional wedding not long ago and Zipo.co.ke has now established that indeed Mrs Diana Kioko is baking a bun inside her.
The blosgosphere is awash with stories that the gospel star and his wife could be welcoming their first baby soon. Very soon.
Sources have it that the couple that wedded about two months ago is expecting their child early next year.
“They are actually out shopping for the baby. It should be their New Year joy if I am not mistaken. The baby could be dropping before March,” SDE quoted an undisclosed source close to the couple.
And just so you know, Bahati, 23, and Marua, 30, unsurprisingly conceived long before their wedding. Simple math reveals that the July cold is to “blame” for the pregnancy. It happened around the time rumours started going round that they were pregnant and planning a wedding. They finally tied the knot on October 21, 2017.
Diana Murua, a model and video vixen, was at some point linked to comedian cum radio presenter Jalang’o as well as footballing ace Victor Wanyama.
