It doesn’t happen every day that two sexy TV sirens (read KTN’s Betty Kyalo and Citizen TV’s Janet Mbugua) get to share a screen, does it?
But that came to pass recently, on January 11, as Mbugua celebrated her birthday party as we had earlier reported.
Imagine the energy that’s emitted when two of the most powerful (and cutest), news anchors finally make an appearance on one frame.
The two may be competing for the same audience when doing their evening prime time news but Janet Mbugua and Betty Kyalo are anything but enemies.
Family, a bunch of celebrities and invited friends attended Mbugua’s bash to celebrate her birthday at an undisclosed location.
Also present was the anchor’s twin brother Mbugua, whose face also cameod on the cake just like her beautiful siz.
“As I turn a year older I’m beginning to reflect more (if you’ve been following my posts you know what I mean!) and become for accepting of myself,” the celebrated newscaster wrote on her blog.
Adding: “It’s liberating and daunting at the same time! While I share this special day with my twin, for this post I’m sharing 33 thoughts and lessons on my mind on my 33rd year!”
While at it, Mbugua and Kyalo took a selfie vid and uploaded it on Instagram and the clip has gotten Kenyans really excited for obvious reasons. Many are not used to seeing the two hotties together on the same screen.
Many couldn’t hide their joy and pointed out how beautiful the pair looked at the event.
