Former TV heartthrob Dennis Mugo alias OJ is making a grand comeback to where it all started, Tahidi High.
According to Veronicah Mwaura who acts in the same programme, the bad boy actor is coming back under a new brand, teacher Oscar Ojiambo.
“Great colleagues that make work seem like play. We have a new teacher on board. OJ is back. Mwalimu Oscar Ojiambo,” she said.
OJ gained quick fame and instantly became a household name especially among viewers who religiously followed the episodes.
But soon, he was off the screens with allegations the TV sensation could have been fired for being a drunkard flew around.
Later in 2015, he announced he had moved to K24 TV as a production assistant of Kikwetu Super Chef, a cooking programme but he again left.
It is now close to a decade since his exit from the screens to explore other ventures and many could argue that the show has never been the same again.
