Betnare payment methods

Depositing Money

1. Mobile Money (M-Pesa): This is the most commonly used method in Kenya. To deposit via M-Pesa:
   • Open the M-Pesa menu on your mobile phone.
   • Select “Lipa na M-Pesa”.
   • Choose “Paybill”.
   • Enter the BetNare Paybill number (4087777).
   • For the account number, input your phone number registered with BetNare.
   • Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
   • Confirm the transaction by entering your M-Pesa PIN.
   • You will receive a confirmation message once the transaction is successful.
2. Debit/Credit Cards: BetNare also supports deposits through various debit and credit cards. This option can be selected in the deposit section of your account on the BetNare website or app.
3. SMS Deposits: Another convenient method is through SMS. You can deposit money by sending an SMS with the deposit amount to a specified BetNare number.

Withdrawing Money

1. Mobile Money (M-Pesa): To withdraw funds using M-Pesa:
   • Log in to your BetNare account.
   • Go to the withdrawal section.
   • Choose M-Pesa as your preferred withdrawal method.
   • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
   • Confirm the transaction. You will receive an SMS confirmation once the funds are transferred to your M-Pesa account.
2. SMS Withdrawals: You can also withdraw money by sending an SMS. For example, send “W#amount” to a specified number (e.g., send “W#100” to 29877 for a Ksh 100 withdrawal).
3. Bank Transfers: BetNare allows withdrawals directly to your bank account. This requires you to provide your banking details and may take a bit longer compared to mobile money transactions.

• Verification: For both deposits and withdrawals, BetNare may require additional verification, such as identification documents, to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Processing Times: Deposits via mobile money are processed in real-time, while other methods might take longer. Withdrawal processing times can vary depending on the method used.
• Limits: There are daily limits for transactions. For instance, the maximum withdrawal amount per day is typically capped at Ksh 100,000.
