FKF Premier League frontrunners Gor Mahia are set to defend their undefeated streak as they face off against second-ranked Posta Rangers in Saturday’s marquee match. While Gor Mahia remains undefeated, their performances have not always been dominant, as seen in less convincing wins against Kariobangi Sharks, Bandari, and Muhoroni Youth, and a 2-2 draw with bottom-ranked Nzoia Sugar, where they rallied from two goals down. These matches indicate potential vulnerabilities that Posta could exploit.
Nevertheless, Gor Mahia’s ability to persevere even in challenging matches, as demonstrated in their comeback against Nzoia, reveals their mental resilience, a crucial factor for Saturday’s game under coach Johnathan McKinstry’s guidance.
